Do I need to be licensed?
Yes,  To originate loans in California you would, but each state is different.  That is why you must register every loan prior to origination to ensure compliance with the laws of that state. 
 

How do I register my loan? 

Once you are approved and set up you would go to www.NationWideNetBranch.com and enter in your loan information and contact information.  Shortly after you will receive an email advising you how to proceed, to ensure compliance with the laws of that state.

  Do I need experience?
Yes, we only hire experienced loan officers.

  Where is the main office located?
Our main office is at 26361 Crown Valley Parkway, Suite 200, in Mission Viejo, California, 92691.  We have a number of branch offices nationwide. 
 

How can I ensure that my loan is compliant? 

Refer to the Funding File Stacking order posted under "Forms".  If it's an out-of-state loan, be careful to read the directions that are emailed to you after you register the loan.  Be sure to have every document in Na NationWide Mortgage's name, and that the dates on your disclosures are accurate.  

  What loan products do we offer?
As brokers we are approved with about a 100 or so lenders.  We have the full spectrum of products including Conventional, FHA, VA and Commercial. 
  Can I sell Real Estate as well?
Yes.  In California if you are licensed.  We are here to give you a little direction or hold your hand every step of the way.
